Turned Down another opportunity.......
Got a call yesterday from an AD with whom I have a great relationship and told me that they had just received a SS Sky Dweller white dial.........My heart is set on the Blue one. I had never seen one in person so I had to go try it on, I think its a bit big on my wrist BUT I believe that I will get used to the blue dial one.
I passed on it and will let the next guy enjoy it. On another note........ Inventories must be picking up because last month I saw the new GMT 2019 release and today I will be looking at the new Sea Dweller TT also the 2019 release. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

She's a bit big for your wrist.

Buy what you truly desire. Settling is never advised.

It’s definitely a large watch on your wrist, no doubt. Good move on waiting for the blue if your still set on getting it after trying the SD on.

I prefer the white. It was a little too big for me so had to pass which is a shame.

That white one actually looks great and I think the color is more timeless than the blue. White dial will never go out of fashion.

I don’t think it looks too big IMO.
For me, as long as lugs don’t overhang the wrist it’s fine. If you have your heart set on blue, then wait. As brandrea wrote “Kudos to you for having no FOMO”

I think fit looks fine. I think the watch, although 42mm, doesn’t quite look that big because it has no crown guards and no maxi case so to me it fits like a 40, maybe a 41. Plus the watch is a statement piece and everything is large about it, including the Rolex crown on the dial Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Dang, good for you. I have an obsession with the white dial, I think it looks so clean. But props to you for sticking to your guns and waiting for what your heart wants! Hopefully it isn't too long of a wait now.

About 14 months ago I gave them a list of 4 watches, so far they have come up with 2 that I have bought and this one was the 3rd one but it wasn’t in the color I like. |
