FS- 1999 Rolex 16233 T Serial Datejust 36 Champagne Tapestry No Holes Case

For sale is an excellent condition 36mm 18 karat yellow gold and stainless steel Rolex Datejust. The 16233 is a T serial, was originally purchased from an ORJ in 1999, and is accompanied by its original papers and factory service records. Included in the papers and service records set is: the original warranty paper, Rolex paper holder selvele, three manuals, a polishing cloth, a factory service receipt from 2012, a factory service card from 2012, a Rolex service pouch, and one extra link. The Datejust features a brushed steel case which is accented by a fixed fluted yellow gold bezel. The Rolex is mounted on stainless steel and yellow gold jubilee bracelet with 455B end links, secured by a deployment clasp. The bracelet contains 19 links, is accompanied by one additional link, and will comfortably fit a 7.30 inch wrist. Stretch wise the bracelet is 75% plus, which is consistent with the watches age. The Datejust features a champagne tapestry dial with applied polished yellow gold stick hour markers, tritium coated gold hands, and a date window aperture at 3 o’clock which is magnified by a cyclops crystal. The tritium dial and hands are also original to the watch. The movement used in the 16233 is the Rolex calibre 3135 which features approximately 50 hours of power reserve. The movement was regulated prior to listing and is keeping fantastic time. Overall the Rolex is in excellent condition, however there are some surface level hairline scratches on the polished sides of the case which could easily be removed by a polish. It is worth noting that the crystal is in mint condition and contains no imperfections.
