if i absolutely had to pick one that i had to watch over and over for the rest of time, it would be the 1978 Halloween with Goodfellas or Casino following closely behind

Probably The Outlaw Josey Wales. I also like the black and white version of The Wilmslow Boy.

Hard to make a list. I used to love Bergman, Nouvelle vague, Kenji Mizoguchi, Orson Welles etc. Now I'm happy with any movie with boobs, gunshots and a few explosions.

I've asked this question to myself many times. As with a bunch of other things (food, watches, cars and music) its really hard for me to just pick one. So it would be one of the following

Saving Pvt Ryan/Platoon (military)
Interstellar/The Right Stuff/Apollo 13 (Sci-Fi)
Forrest Gump (Feel good)
Superbad (comedy)
Goodfellas (mafia - sorry Godfather is a close second here)

Such a tough question but I'd probably go with Shawshank Redemption.

There are many, and while my response largely depends on my mood, these four almost always make the cut:

Man on Fire
Collateral
Barry Lyndon
Revenge
