Patek Philippe 1895 Trench watch

Hello, Please can you advise on this Patek Philippe Trench watch.

I acquired this from a Watchmaker friend a few years ago. It looks like it would have had a Gold case initially. The silver case has no Patek markings.

The movement seems original with wolfs tooth winding and I am trying to establish if it is right with the mvt markings and the porcelain Dial which is in nice condition. Also could not establish the caliber. It is described as the 'S' shape.

Also once verified what it is what would a value be.

Looking forward to hearing your replies. I have registered it with Patek Philippe but have not discussed it with them.
