Changed my mind... incoming.

Had my name on my AD’s list for a Polar Explorer II, and he called to let me know a black dial had arrived if I wanted to check it out. Well, the black dial is a knock-out, so I brought it home! May or may not take the white when it arrives.

The black dial gives a very nice contrast with the bezel!
Congratulations!!

Congrats! Out of the new lineup, the black edges out the white, IMO. However, they are both great.

Wise choice, great watch. For me at least, the better choice of the two.

The black is where its at! Just look at the for sale section. Hardly any black new style explorer ii's for sale. Mostly polar!

To this date didn’t fully grasp the craze toward the white dial one. I like this one better

Congratulations! My 216570 started out as a black dial but I sourced a dial and hands on TRF now it’s a Polar :)

Ooooh, it's a looker! I prefer the black dial myself. If they ever do the ceramic bezel like I've been pining for I might go for the white face, but only then.

Congrats to you! I have a Polar but l love the black dial just as much. If I didn't have so many black dials I would have bought that one when l first saw it. Enjoy!
