Incoming: Grand Seiko SBGA403
Ran by my AD's today to have a look at a couple of special order straps for a couple of my watches. As I passed by the Grand Seiko display I saw the Grand Seiko SBGA403 in the case and dancing in the perfect light. Tried to ignore the watch but a short time later, I was at the counter trying the watch on. The watch is amazing and I had to have it, or so I thought. They also had the Chronograph version but when I tried it, the dial did not work as well for me. Fast forward a short amount of time and my straps are put on my watches and it is time to go. I could not leave the SBGA403 behind so it is now mine. I really like the fit and the look of this watch.

Congrats, like Rolex lovers have names for some of the models, I believe GS fans are calling this “Chewbacca”.

I'd like to get a crisp macro look at this dial with the hands sweeping. I'm not sure I'm in love with it, but I'm really grabbed by it none the less.
Enjoy your watch! |
