I’ve bought several genuine rolex from main dealers, I’ve never ever had a rolex bag, only the shops bag where buying from, crouch, goldsmiths, Ernest jones etc

What you mean outer white sleeve.
They do come with the outer white box. Warranty card and wallet and a Rolex carrier bag.

These are all from Rolex ADs here in Hong Kong. A lot of people here (not me) like to walk around with branded shopping bags. There's not much fear of getting robbed in public. I have some of that ribbon too.
