Incoming LV. Is the AD wait really that long ?
Purchased a YM 37 for the lady at the AD and mentioned I was interested in an LV. 3 weeks later the phone rang and I'm back in the Rolex game.cant wait to scratch it up and really put some marks in it.

Thanks. I feel like the AD might have called a name or 2 and maybe they had already purchased the LV or were no longer interested and my name came up. I was waiting for LV and CHNR and thought certainly the GMT would come first.

Congratulations and welcome back to the Rolex game! Was offered one by my AD when I went to pick up my Milgauss Z-blue. Also got to try on a CHNR as both arrived on the same shipment as the Milgauss. I will say it’s a really nice watch. I can see why it has a large following. I stuck with my Milgauss.

Thank you I'm a bit surprised. For so long I just never went to ADs anymore because I didn't think I'd be able to wait as long as people have been waiting. maybe my shorter wait time means you'll soon see your LVc come in. |

You really don't mind scratching up your watches, fair play.

I bought my wife the same reference. She loves it. Very versatile, from poolside to just shy of a cocktail dress. Enjoy, and nice collection. By the way, you mentioned chnr but didn’t mention TT or RG. I highly suggest looking at the RG piece if you are on the fence. It’s incredible!

The big flat bezel on the diver gets it share of scratches. The directionally brushed finish doesn't help because those scratches really stand out. The 15400 RO isnt nearly as scratched. Just some finger prints on the bezel and 1 actual scratch around the 1 o'clock position
