Paul Newman, Fat lady, Steve McQueen, Rail dial...

Silly fun for a Saturday afternoon, the Rolex nickname thread.
Here are the ones that I can think of;

Paul Newman
Steve McQueen
Fat lady
Rail dial
Exclamation point
Double red
Snowflake
Root Beer
Nipple dial
Bluesy

But of course, how could I forget? And when you say Greenie, I think "Maxi dial"

There are no date and metres first dials...not really nicknames I suppose. Of course there are Pepsi, Coke GMT's. You got the Rootbeer already.

Expy II is a new one for me, I've heard Kermit, but I can't believe that I forgot Pepsi and Coke!!!
Probably the two most common nicknames of them all!

For the "Steeve Mc Queen" Rolex, the 1655 Explorer II, the reality is that the great actor had never worn this watch, but he worn almost time the 5513 Sub, and even the Heuer Monaco it was for the promotion of Le Mans: so the real Steeve Mc Queen Rolex is the Submariner 5513
And we have the fact that one most popular possessor of the GMT MASTER 1675 was the Che until he died in 1967... But this Rolex GMT was worn by the astronauts of Apollo between 1971 and 1972, last travel to the moon...
