Lots of watches on this show. Anyone notice other horological inaccuracy while watching this series?

I haven't seen this show but I'll bet the cars are inaccurate as well. That's Hollywood.

yeah i called this one the other day in another thread.

but i love the show. it’s pretty legit.

I noticed the exact same thing the other day - I had to pause it to look at his watch. Most of the other watches appear period-correct, so the 216570 stood out like a sore thumb. Also, it's a great show.

I watch that show and never noticed! Great catch brother! I thought everything was spot on until I saw your post. The tech, watches, cars, etc was all pretty good. I can't believe I missed that huge watch for the time period, well done!
