I was just reading some details on a 1680 on HQ Milton and it mentions "Excellent 9315 folded link bracelet with 13 links, dive extension, and solid end links." I've never heard of solid end links for a 9315 bracelet. Is it a mistake or am I missing something?

It is a mistake. It has 280 enda according to the pictures.
