I'd been eyeing a vintage Zodiac GMT for some time now. I've really been on a 'value' focus, for a multitude of reasons. Truth be told, I'd wanted the black dial version of this watch, but this was a great price (and hardly bad looking) that I couldn't pass it up.

It's an early seventies model (I'm told), runs well, recently serviced, and on a fresh perlon strap. Great size, great looks, and man I love that bakelite bezel! All-in-all, very happy with it, and happy to have a GMT (my first!).

Thanks. No, though that re-issue does look good. The only hole I have left (in what I'm keeping a very small collection) is a dive watch, and for that I am somewhat tempted by a Zodiac Super Sea Wolf 53 re-issue. But no plans to buy anything else just yet.
