Congratulations. I like this model and wish there was an AD near me so I could handle it in person.

I would definitely recommend you try on at some point! The bracelet is amazing - the "EasyLink" facility makes sizing it so easy and perfect, and I have added a couple of leather straps for versatility.

Congrats on picking up a gorgeous watch! I tried one on and can confirm all you said about the look and feel. If I weren’t trying to consolidate and upgrade my collection at the moment it would be a very tempting potential purchase. Enjoy it!

Cartier’s first home run in quite a while. Congrats on a great looking watch. Looking to add the white dial very soon myself!

I have the white dial version.
Absolutely love it.
Purchased blue alligator band and love the ease of swapping.
Very comfortable and strikingly good looking watch.
Enjoy!

Congrats! That blue dial is stunning. What extra straps did you end up getting?

I’ve got an orange alligator so far (and the blue leather that comes with it). Am sure to add more!

I think it is a mistake. That blue Santos is true beautiful! But as I understand is comes in “Large”, ie the size you mentioned (39.8 mm).

I am on the fence for buying the XL TT Santos Chronograph very soon, that one comes in 43.3 mm. Fantastic watch as well.

Santos de Cartier Chronograph watch
REF.: W2SA0008

How do you all thing about the new XL Chronograph?

I read about that piece in this HODINKEE article,

Hands-On The Cartier Santos Chronograph, from December 11., 2019 (This is my first post, so I am not allowed to post links....)

Mostly a Rolex and Grand Seiko collector, but I want a square Cartier. Plus in recent year opened my eyes for two tone watches :-)

Should I go for that watch?

If they release the Chrono in this blue dial and SS with bracelet, it would be amazing.
