Welcome to the forum
Post pictures when you can. RSC authenticate and would replace (and charge) for the correct replacement dial. |

Not sure who you called at Rolex, but that's what they do at service; replace any aftermarket parts and make it authentic.
If you do not agree to replacing aftermarket parts, they won't service it.

once i get 10 posts i can put a pic here, so you are saying if i send it in to Rolex they will replace the dial and charge me? they told me NO on the phone
i would definitely pay Rolex to do a new dial, this is encouraging....it may cost me more but i want the watch 100% authentic. not sure why they said no on the phone, maybe i was not totally clear lol |

Brian and Larry are correct. Something similar happened to me years ago when I got burned buying a watch instead of a seller. Anyway RSC should service and replace with correct parts.

As to Rolex replacing the dial, of course they will. That's one of the whole points of asking Rolex to service a watch that may have non-authentic parts on it. They will evaluate it, give you an estimate of cost, and list all of the required actions/parts to make it right.

Just what I was thinking. They should replace any bits that shouldn’t be there with ones that should. Surely?
