Does anyone know why the current Dual Time 26124ST is listed/available without metal bracelet?

I know the previous model came on a bracelet, it’s rather odd the current iteration is not.

Would AP sell a buyer just a bracelet?

Yes, AP will sell just the bracelet alone. Be prepared for it to be costly however.
