...aside from the...
...poor pic's of the watch head itself, the buckle has the correct crown, thumbnail recess etc.
...likewise, the reason for the stem problem, there has NOT been a svc in 15 yrs. ...Soooooo, you would need a svc, to include new crystal etc, somewhere to the tune of $1000 or more, probably more. ...W A T C H O U T for this one, unless you don't mind spending some $$$$ for repairs. Stan. |

This watch has been sadly neglected. He should be taken out to the firing squad.

The watch appears 100% genuine. The sticker is correct also for this vintage watch.
He states in the auction, "As of one month ago the stem stopped changing the time as well as the date. However this minor flaw can be fixed by a jeweler." This is typical symptom of a watch that needs service and one of the signs to look for. This does not necesarily mean anything is damaged, just dirty and ready for service.

Based on what assumption? Nothing in the photo indicates it is fake, unless I missed something. Band, buckle are genuine, crown is correct, and it has the original sticker, worn from many years of wear.

$2000, I missed it. Great buy for someone, especially a watchmaker or someone with a spare band or other parts sitting in the parts bin.
