Pristine ceramic Sub 116610LN for 8k?

Hi guys, it is offering to me a used but pristine condition ceramic sub 116610ln for 8000 dollars.
What do you think about it, should i wait until the market downhill?
I dont think i can get one complete like this for less than that

As long as it comes with all the correct papers and it has not been polished you should be ok.
