Rolex independent watch service nyc-Nj

Happy holidays Rolex family I’ve had my sub for 5-6yrs now and never serviced it it’s running fine without issues but I brought it used and don’t know the service history and I just acquired another sub that I don’t know history on. do you guys know any independent watch repair places in nyc,Nj hat I can get service done and do you guys think I should even service them being they have no problems ? Also I know of a shop on 47th street aka diamond district (watch hospital) but don’t know how good he is with Service

RSC on 5th Ave in Manhattan. Not sure why you would consider anything else as they are going to do the best work and will have any replacement parts if needed and charge a fair price.

As far as interval time I’d personally wait until you have an issue or at least a few more years. You may however want to have them check for waterproofness to ensure the seals are intact however that may not necessitate a complete service.

I would only go to RSC for service. If there is no problem with the watch, you can get a pressure test and male sure its water tight before it needs to be serviced.

I've heard stories where the watch is running fine and then it is taken in for service and then it starts running fast or slow...long story short listen to Mr. Geller/Andrew above and leave it be lol
