Red Rubber B for SD43?

I told myself I wouldn't do it but it's definitely growing on me for Christmas! Red Rubber B to match the ugly sweater The only thing holding me back is that the black & red I have is so comfortable on the glidelock. I've never worn any of my watches on a tang buckle. What say the experts here?

I'm thinking about this for the summer, though is 275$ for a rubber strap reasonable?

Keep me updated with your long term review please.

I'd want to source an SD43 glide lock somehow so I don't have to keep changing the hardware all of the time.

not 100% on board with the tang yet, the glidelock I really enjoy Can't say enough about the quality. If Rolex made a strap that connects to the case like these do, I think that's exactly what Rolex would make.

I’m still debating to get the white rubber strap with tang buckle or the black/ red rubber strap using the existing glidelock clasp 🤔

This is exactly my concern however I would hope that if the quality in fit is as good as most claim, I would think their tang would be of equal quality amd able to handle the weight of the SD43?

I have a Rubber B on my DSSD with the tang buckle and I am fine with it. I don't want to dink around changing the Rolex clasp and a second clasp would cost a lot. Think of what you'd have spent on the Rubber B and clasp.

I'm not a big fan of switching out from the bracelet but it could be fun for the summer, I've thought the same for my SubC. I'd utilize the the original clasp though as I think it would be more enjoyable.

Great to know. Thank you. I think I can more comfortably go for the white as it is only available with the tang.

I like both the red and the white on your watches.

I am a big fan of the rubber B product and love the one I have on my submariner.

Like most I still love the Rolex bracelet most, but nothing wrong with a little change of pace occasionally

Mr. Wonderful would approve of this. All his watches have this same set up.

Any advice on how to source the SD43 clasp, assuming the AD won't cooperate?

I know the clasp is thicker than a Sub, so a Sub clasp wouldn't work, correct?
