MY first Rolex...... in a long while.

Hello everyone,

Just purchased a SS Sky-Dweller with a white dial. Hopefully it will be here by the weekend. Will post pics once I get it in.

Purchased my PAM almost 16 years ago and my AP about 4 years ago, so it's been a while since of owned anything from Rolex. Looking forward to rejoining the club.

thanks and happy holidays

I can only imagine how difficult it must be to wait for delivery! I’m sure you’ll enjoy it. The white dial SkyD is my favorite in my collection followed by my blue dial Santos.

Where’d you purchase it from?

Thanks Guys

Quick question. Do you wear yours as your daily watch? If so, how does it stand up? I've had my PAM as my daily for 16 years and that thing is a bull. I wear my AP when I'm not at work ( have a very physical job) and not worried if it gets banged up here or there but don't think it could survive on my wrist as my daily?

What do you think about the Dweller as my/your daily.

Thanks again and God bless

My White Dial Sky-Dweller is my current daily wear watch, and I plan to wear it for at least one continuous year. (The time-keeping is good enough that I don't think a time adjustment would even be close to necessary for that long.)

You are going to be AMAZED how the light plays with the dial, changing the two large dial areas from white to silverish, and the inverse for the Reference 24 hour dial, going from silverish to white. It all depends on the light and the angles.

Rolex has a unique talent for what they can do with dials.

I was originally looking at a black dial Sky-Dweller at my AD and it did not do much for me. I commented how much I really wanted a white dial (it would be my first white dial Rolex), and he went to the back and came back grinning with a White Dial. After about ten seconds of checking out the White Dial it was a no-brainer purchase.

It has interrupted my rotation schedule of watches, now that I do not want to take off the Sky-Dweller.
