Takuya - outstanding!

Just completed my first transaction with Takuya. This was a multiple watch deal, so right from the start there were more moving parts than usual. Thanh was terrific throughout. His communication was very prompt and he took time to answer any and all questions or concerns. Once we reached an agreement he made things so very easy for me (as both a buyer and seller). The transaction was completed very quickly and I couldn't be more pleased with the result.
