What is the point of Exhibition Only at an airport AD? It is not that you come back to this place multiple times.
People want to buy as well as look at them.

I would appreciate at least seeing and touching all offerings even if not available for sale. I have purchased several Rolex in the past few years without seeing in the flesh. Would it be not a good idea for ADs to have a sample case for viewing only.

Yeah they should have that in general, I would feel a lot better about purchasing sight unseen.
