Rubberb vs. Everest
Happy Saturday TRF!
I've now had my new 114060 for about 2 weeks now, and I couldn't be happier! I was looking into what options I had for rubber straps, as I personally quite like the look. So I went with rubberb, which is who I had previously used for my panerai strap. I'm glad I gave them another shot, as I wasn't the biggest fan of the pam strap. This one is really nice however, and should keep my bracelet (and caseback for that matter) fresh for a little longer! Anyone here running rubberb on your Rolex? Anyone here running Everest on your Rolex? Anyone had experience with BOTH?? tell (or show) me your experiences! And have a great weekend ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

I have experience with both ... I think both are great. I went with a rubber B for my blue YM bc the shade of blue was nicer. I recently added a green Everest to my SubC. I would say the rubberB angles downward at a steeper angle, so better for smaller wrists, while the Everest bows out more from the lugs, so appears wider on the wrist... but more comfortable IMO. I’ve also tried Everest w tang and w deployant and prefer the strap with the Rolex deployant.

I used to wear this to tone down the gold. Rubber B is a good product. It needs to be formed to fit correctly as it wants to go straight down from the lugs.

Under 7" I'd recommend Rubber B, and over 8" almost certainly Everest will be more comfortable. In the middle, you're probably fine either way. |

You will get sick of the rubber and be back to the oyster in no time. The oyster is one of the great reasons to have a sub

![]() ![]() ![]() I went with Rubber B with Velcro from my 114060 and really like it. I went with the Velcro as I have a smaller wrist, and in the past found rubber doesn’t always fit well when the pieces are shorter. I like the Velcro as it is secure, easy, and it has a lower profile under my wrist. It is also very adjustable. |

Doesn’t make any differences to me. Prices are also the same. Just a matter of preferences. Both are of premium/high quality. Just buy what you like or whichever is easier to get from where you live. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I went with an Everest grey rubber strap for my Explorer. The version that works with the Rolex deployment is fantastic. I was able to get a perfect fit for hot humid weather for a recent trip, use the easy link when needed, and it’s quick to resize for cooler weather with the deployment. Comfort wise it’s right up there with OEM Omega rubber straps.

Apparently I misread the title of the thread. But seriously these threads usually digress into which is better and which ones have had failures in use. I personally have had four Everests and I'm fine with their fit, finish, and function. I've stayed away from RubberB only because of their higher prices. Choosing either is fine; Everest makes other straps than rubber as well.
