Incoming: GMT 16750 & My Two Piece Watch Collection

Today I received my birth year ('82) GMT 16750. IMO a great example with nice patina. I recently had a 16710 but it didn't scratch my Rolex vintage itch enough. This 16750 really hits the spot for me.

I now have a two piece collection that consists of a 116500ln and the 16750. For me, this is a perfect mix of old and new. I get the new, shiny 116600ln and the classic vintage 16750.

Cheers!

If you don’t mind my asking, what did the 16750 run you? I’ve been interested in the same, looking for an ‘83.

Wow. Beautiful watch. My local AD (NE Ohio) had one of those pre-owned recently as well as a vintage 5513. The Pepsi was amazing in person. May I ask if you purchased it locally?

I did not. I bought the 16750 from a trusted seller on TRF. Is the 16750 from the AD a matte dial?

I think it was. Gone now. Someone picked it up. It was also in great condition like yours.

Dynamite pair. I dig the patina on the 16750 and it looks fantastic.
