118238 DD -- Factory or Aftermarket Dial??? Please Help!

Looking to purchase for wife. Jeweler indicating that it is all 100% factory but can't find this combination online for the life of me.

Not sure what the marker type is called with the 5-minute indicators. It also has the pear diamonds at 6 and 9 as well as a champagne MOP dial (although hard to tell from photo).

Watch appears to be in terrific conditions and still has a bunch of the stickers on it. It is the newer (heavier) bracelet style DD.

Rolex DOES make that dial factory, HOWEVER, with a DD and or DJ they have A HUGE amount of "fake" "aftermarket" "refinished" "Custom diamond" dials out there floating around. Need to see the paperwork.

Thanks for the feedback so far. Does anyone know what this type of dial is called? (For example the numbers every 5 minutes marks)
