Merchandiser is as Good as it Gets!

Hello TRF,

I just completed a purchase with Merchandiser (Michael) and wanted to underline the professionalism, punctuality, and passion Michael has shown throughout the entire process.

He was tremendously helpful in answering all my questions and went above and beyond in getting me answers to questions who could not immediately answer. For example, I wanted an additional photo of the movement and he went out of his way to travel to his local Rolex Service Center to open the case and get me the photo I needed - I cannot say many other dealers would do the same!

After receiving my Rolex, I took it to my jeweler for review and appraisal and my piece passed with flying colors! I look forward to completing many more transactions with Michael in the future!
