116520 "old style" clasp questions

I'm looking to buy a 116520 and prefer how the older style looks, I have read a lot about it but have found some confliciting information and would like some clarification.

Does the old style clasp have the easy link adjustment? does it have the three micro adjustments built into the clasp like the newer one?

I have read that generally it is more comfortable, so that would also be a plus. Thanks

By "older style" I assume you mean post-Zenith but pre-current? If so then it's the one with the round hole in it and it does indeed have both an easylink and 3 micro adjustments in the clasp.

I have both the older style clasp on my Daytona and the newer style on my GMT and find them equally comfortable. I do find that the older clasp is slightly shorter and does seem a better fit with the smaller Daytona case but I wouldn't be too fussed with either...

I always have fit issues and have had to sell several watches because of it, 5 digit references for some reason are never comfortable, and Royal Oaks, don’t get me started, zero adjustability.

That’s why I always look for easy link and a fair amount of adjustments.

My 116520 - F serial has the older clasp - I honestly don’t find any difference in terms of comfort compared to my 116500s.

It seems more streamlined though than the 16520 though.

I like the 116520 clasp from the early releases.

It not only has the EZ link and micro adjustment, it is the latest billet look and the bracelet bolts directly to it via a screw bar.

This means that you can use it on almost any early Oyster and remove all of the screw links and bolt the link-half directly to the clasp.

If I could get hold of a box of them for my other watches, this is the one I would want.
