RSC in San Francisco

Has anyone worked with them? How are they? Can you sit down with them and let them know what you do not want replaced on your watch?

Thanks!

Yes I have. but it was a little far for me to go meet them in person. Speak to Giovanni(He's the owner) personally and you will have no problem.

I've been there numerous times and Giovanni is great. Quite friendly, helpful and always willing to talk shop. Never have had a bad experience with them. Many times they've done work on the spot while I've waited, polishing scratches on crystal, replacing a bezel ($70 including labor) that kind of thing.

I haven't used them, but plan to when my watches need service. I have heard nothing but positives.

Yes. I've used them. They are great. Giovanni is really a good guy and he will treat you well. I spoke to him at length about what I wanted done. He was willing to accommodate.

I just dropped off my Explorer I for service on last Friday. Giovanni is very helpful and know every Rolex model. He inspected outside and inside before told me the service price. Also he showed me the old catalog about my Explorer.

Worked with Giovanni at the SF RSC a couple times and must concur with the others. He's a friendly man and certainly willing to help in any way. I will most certainly keep them in mind for any future services I may need (in addition to the Dallas RSC), especially now with the BH RSC closing. I still would rather not deal with the NY RSC if there are better options.
