New member from Auckland, NZ
Wanted a Rolex watch for years, went crazy and bought a second hand one today. Haven't worn a watch in about 5 years, I'm broke, but not critically, with a weirdly itchy wrist, but happy.
GMT Master 1981-1989 I think, yellow gold indexes. It's actually my first analogue watch, all my other watches were geeky Casio computer watches. Took me long enough to work out why it had four hands. :) Excellent to see there's an active Auckland member here. |

Welcome and congrats on your first real watch.
Auckland is a great place and I will have to go there again sooner or later. You're never broke if you are wearing a Rolex, it definitely puts a smile on your dial Enjoy the forum and if you can show us a photo or two of your watch or any photo at all

WELCOME to TRF!!!
Congrats on your Rollie. We were in Auckland few years ago for vacation and let me tell you, I like it better than Sydney. Well, except for Roto Rua, the place smells bad. |
