Thoughts on Black bay Chrono or other watch for my collection
I'm excited to start my Rolex collection with an incoming 114060 from my local AD next weekend.
Now I'm already thinking on my next watch to add to my collection but I'm not ready for a Daytona just yet. My collection to date is largely built around Seikos. My two favourite so far are my MM300 and my limited 60th year anniversary urushi dialed chrono Sark003. I'm currently eyeing the black bay chrono steel and gold. Or maybe I should add something else? Should I sell any of my Seikos to fund something new? I dont think I will wear them much after my new incoming pickup. |

Personally I would sell the Seiko's to make way for the higher end pieces.
But it all depends on your personal connection with the Seikos. Maybe pick out the one that means the most to you, and sell the rest. |

Thanks guys. I'm torn over what to keep between the MM300 and the urushi chronograph. The chrono is limited and hard to find but the MM300 is discontinued.
I probably won't wear the MM300 after I get my 114060 later this week, but who knows, MM300 might be good to give to my son when he gets older. Same situation if I get a tudor bb chrono, will I wear the seiko chrono anymore. Guess I need to get over myself at this point and make a decision. |

Keep the 2 Seikos you do wear and like and get rid of the rest. No point really in debating the 2 you like. Seikos are great watches, but generally resale isn’t much at all. Might as well keep them.
Might wana keep the Batman since your getting into Rolex just to say you already have one.

Feedback makes sense from everyone.
What does everyone think about the different Tudor bb chrono colors? Think the steel/gold is worth the premium over the plain steel? |

Keep the Seiko MM...clear out the other Seikos if it makes financial sense.
Regarding your next chronograph, what is the endgame? Is it a Daytona? If so, don’t buy the Tudor now...just start saving for a Daytona. If the endgame is not a Daytona, then do you have a different grail chronograph? Save up and work towards that. If you do dream of a Daytona but have to have some sort of Swiss chronograph right now, is there some other model that will scratch that itch and be distinctive enough to stand on its own (ie not sell when time for Daytona)? Examples may include Omega Speedmaster, Zenith El Primero, or Heuer Monaco/Carrera/Autavia to name a few. |

Yes, Daytona would be my end game chrono.
I was looking at the bb chrono s&g as a way to tide me over. I thought of the speedmaster route but something about the way it looks is unappealing to me. |
