Question for Sub 1680 Experts

Hey everyone,

A friend of mine has a 1680 and was looking to go for the "SD" no cyclops look. Instead of pulling off the date mag, he wants to replace the crystal.

Do you know the part number of a compatible dome crystal that would fit the 1680? Please let me know, thanks.

Are the SD 1665 crystals interchangeable? check out this pic from redwatches.com

I've seen tropic 39s fitted to 1680s. Can't swear to the waterproofing though.

On the 1680 you have the cyclope #127.
On the 1665 you have either the standard tropic #39 or the super dome #39.
Both fits the case of he 1680 but I would get if waterproof tested for sure before even washing my hands.
It works 100% for interchanging tropic and super domes between 5512/5513 #19 and 1665 #39.
Hope it helps
