Datejust 41 blue dial - Stick or Roman markers?

I’m considering to buy a ss datejust 41 jubilee on fluted bezel - should I get a blue dial on stick, roman, or diamond markers?

They are totally different blue dials. Roman is much lighter blue dial.

Think roman with a fluted bezel and stick with a domed bezel.

Stick is plain, go for the pizazz, go Roman.

Diamonds or Stick. They both have the same lovely blue.

I have sticks/batons on a DJ2. But the Romans look good, perhaps more traditional/conservative.

Have never been able to warm up to diamonds on a gentleman's watch. Too Michael Jackson. Sticks, classic and good blue color on the stick dial...

Keep in mind can’t read the time in the dark with Romans or Diamonds.

Also I think the Sticks make it a little more sporty, then Romans and then Diamonds seem the “dressiest”.

Roman. I don't care for lume, totally useless and detracts from elegance. Ideally I'd want beautifully faceted batons and hands with no lume.

I think on fluted the diamonds look nice for a DJ. If smooth bezel I would go romans

I'm going to recommend the luminous stick. You can wear it to bed and it will glow all night long. Definitely something to consider. It may not look as aesthetically pleasing to you as the other ones, but the luminescence of the stick watch really grows on you.

I will agree that it can be argued that it detracts from the elegance, but having the watch glow at night is a big "plus" for many people (even though I have several Rolex watches that don't glow).
