Tudor BB 58 Blue

Would you buy this one if it came out? Not my photo. I would. Perhaps the yellow underlying bb theme replaces this chop shop of mish mash parts to keep the vintage theme a bit more intact.

Not sure it fills any need for me at the moment but it's certainly a looker. If I was new to Tudor I'd be all over it like a cheap suit.

I would for sure. I'm actually hoping Tudor introduces different color options for the BB58. I like red as well

In a heartbeat. This is exactly what BB fans want. Tudor can sell 500k of these/year without breaking a sweat.

The Black Bay 58 is a very good watch. It’s a size that a lot of folks want, ditto the thickness, and is, in fact, very close to what they REALLY want to buy, which is a Tudor Submariner.

The problem is that any divers watch, but particularly a Tudor, needs to be functional and legible. The current Black Bay 58 is let down by the tacky looking gold minute marks on the dial, which all seem to be part of an ill fated attempt to make it look ‘vintage’. A concept that has rather been done to death in my opinion.

Yes, I might buy the watch shown, but I would definitely buy one in black, with legible white dial markings!

I have one more spot in my watch box and I want it to be a Tudor. I have been waiting to see if they come out with a new BB58 or a smaller chronograph with a date.

This would be on my buy list, but a BB58 with a date would be my first choice.

I already have the 41mm and love the dimensions as is so not likely for me.

However, seeing as how my wife loves sporty watches and she likes my BB only it’s much too large for her... this would be a pick up so we can match on vacations like a dorky couple

If it does come out and you like the dimensions of the 58, this is just a great looking watch in the 41mm and I am certain that the visual appeal and reliability transfers over

I have the 58 and I’m not sure. One of the lovely things about it is the off white lume etc. Whether they release a ‘vintage’ model with white lume let’s see.

However, I’d probably buy it given I’m in love with the 58 anyway. I have it on bracelet so would buy on one of the other options so easier to get....

Nope as it appears to be a baby Pelagos. While I love the blue Pelagos this seems a bit too repetitive.

Tudor 2020/21 seem to be rampant. I do not think this would make the cut.

Nope. I’ve got BB fatigue. Like to see Tudor release a Chrono without divers hands and not as thick as a brick.

The mockup doesn’t have the current Tudor BB58 charm.

I like it, but at this point I’d have to decide which of my watches would need to be sold to be replaced by the blue 58. Off the bat, I don’t think I’d get rid of any of them, to get this one.
