Unless you have all the paperwork or authenticity from Rolex themselves its a genuine Tiffany dial and retailed watch be very careful,many doctored dials around as for price thats up to you.

Lettering looks wrong, not saying it isn't real. Also like another member mentioned, without paperwork not really worth much.

I'd have to agree with the consensus, Tiffany & Co text is not correct, therefore other aspects of this watch may be questionable. Proceed with caution.
