Hello, Looking at PAM 024 K serial to purchase, do the earlier 024's have the quick strap change system?

Yes they do. Early Sub's are more expensive than the new ones.
Are you into T swiss T or L swiss L?

If you're talking about the new strap change system....I'm not sure exactly when it was introduced. Probably I or J serial. I can tell you my 24H still has screws...
