are there any ad in chicago that gives discount?itried torneau and cd peacock and both told me they are not allowed to give discounts coz all dealers price are uniform

You are better off getting an AD in Millwalkee or St Louis and saving the 10.25%ales tax and getting up to 30% discount

Forgot to mention that you can normally have an AD ship out of state to save on sales tax so that really helps.
