What to know about Rolex Diamonds (Dials)

Rhodium Dials on My Mind. AD has this one, are the diamonds anything special?

Or just another way to raise the price?

The diamonds are flawless/colourless. And yes, of course they charge premium for this. Same thing with Precious metal watches

Absolutely worth it. This is my favorite watch in my collection.

The dial is mesmerizing. Perfect in every way (Atleast for me).

I would purchase the model on a Jubilee bracelet but it is a nice piece for sure.

Well as a person who may or may not know much about the subject you are asking I will say this. The diamonds are very very very small. You don’t really notice them unless you are in the perfect lighting.

Are they worth an extra 2k? Definitely not. When I say that I mean by the diamonds themselves are not worth it. Do they look great on the rhodium dial. Yes. I would recommend looking at the grey market. The diamond dials sell for just slightly over what the stick dials would. If money no object get new. Diamond rhodium dial is special. It does dress the watch up some but I love the dial layout better then with sticks or romans.

IF = internally flawless

"Best" = F = Flawless.

These are tiny diamonds so it doesn't really matter even if they were much lower grade than IF or F. They aren't worth much money if you or I would try to sell them, but they cost a lot if we try to buy them. Basically the diamond industry is a scam.
