Which three...

Before putting a bunch of my watches into the bank for a while (tend to keep a four watch rotation in action these days) I thought I’d have a bit of fun.

I’ve separated my collection into logical groups of three. If you could only have three watches, and it had to be one of these groups, which would it be?

The Genta Beasts
The Classic Oaks
The Rolex Sports
The Oddballs

Genuinely interested in what people would pick, as I’m very conflicted!

Which three...

For me it’d be between the Genta Beasts and the Rolex Sports. As much as I love those Genta watches, I feel that there’s more variety with the 3 Rolex’s so would lean towards those 3.

Great “problem” to have and love your overall collection on show here. Certainly would be excited to make the change over at the bank after wearing the 3 Rolex’s for a period of time!

#3, Rolex.

Ps.
But my choice would be PP 5990 + 2 Rolex (Daytona, GMT).

Why is the Tag and Speedy on a winder?

My answer to question: Genta beasts.

This is a tough one but oddly enough the Rolex row seems to be the more diverse one and therefore it gets my vote!

I find the beasts the most diverse so I'd take that, but ideally one each of the PP, AP - the Diver, and Rolex - the BLRO.

Rolex, it seems to give you far more variety. And versatility.

Everybody is breaking the rules! If I had to choose one row I'd do the Genta Beasts. But only because it's still summer. In the cooler months I'd go with the Classic Oaks

What's the model number of the middle AP RO with the black dial?

Stunning collection.

I'll pick row two. I've never owned an AP but those are the three that always grab my attention most. Love the clean dials and you've got the best colors covered. Nice Collection!!...

Speedy is the Speedy Reduced so is an automatic. But nonetheless, it doesn’t live in the winder, as with the TAG, just in there for the photo.

Trying to ignore the inherent differences in value and just stick to what I'd want to see on my wrist, it would be Rolex. Call me crazy, but I'm honestly not a big fan of the Genta aesthetics. They're starting to grow on me a bit over the last year, but I'm not there yet.

Now if you replaced the Speedy Reduced with a Speedy Pro, and the TAG with a Cartier Santos, it would be a tougher call.

It’s between the Oaks and the Rollies. If pressed I vote Oaks. I’d probably vote Genta if the Nautillus was replaced by any other watch, but I don’t like Nautillus watches

The odd balls are actually the most varied and well-rounded group. You've got dressy, sporty and quirky.

Genta for me! (And if we could have mixed, I vote Patek, silver royal oak, and white gold Daytona oysterflex).
