FS: Seiko JDM Samurai Blue Lagoon Ref. SRPB08J1

For sale is a Japanese market version (JDM) Seiko Samurai "Blue Lagoon", reference SRPB09J1. It's entirely made in Japan (as noted by "Made In Japan" on the dial).

It has some hairline scratches/desk dive marks on the bracelet and clasp. These are not really noticeable on the wrist, but can be seen in pictures. These should be able to be polished out by a decent watchmaker since they aren't deep. There is also a noticeable scratch on the caseback, though this obviously isn't seen on the wrist. Otherwise, the case itself is excellent, the crystal is clean with no scratches, and the movement keeps great time.

6,000 of these were made, with only 500 being JDM versions - so it's a fairly limited edition watch. The dial is absolutely gorgeous, as is the rest of the watch. I hate to see it go. But it just doesn't get enough wrist time and I've decided to thin my collection. It's a really cool watch on the wrist and of course a great watch to wear swimming as it's ISO certified Diver's Watch.
