2021 Rolex Release Predictions

Hello all - with all the hype finally over for 2020, and with some great new watches to chase, it may be early, but below are my predictions for new Rolex releases in 2021:

1. Explorer II: Gets update for it's 50th anniversary! Remains at 42mm, but gains cerachrome black bezel, retains orange 24hr hand, but gets a 1655-ish dial in black only (polar retired), gets new 3287 movement with 70hr power reserve, gets glidelock light (like YM42) clasp. I will get one (if I can); I put myself on the list for this two years ago with two ADs.

2. Explorer: Gets white dial option and new movement. All else remains the same.

3. Milgauss: Gets new movement with 70hr power reserve, gets 6543 bezel/dial layout with patterned black dial, cerachrome bezel with red triangle, case diameter grows to 41mm. I will want one, but it will be pure unobtainium for us mere mortals!

4. Daytona: PM models gain cerachrome black bezel, case size of all models increase to 42mm, TT model gets option of rose gold, movement gets update to 4230 with an amazing 5 day power reserve! Platinum model is discontinued.
