Modern two-line sub movements, untested or just not displayed?

Does anyone know why the “vintage modern” 14060 two line sub doesn’t have the superior chronometer cert (on the dial)?

My understanding is that the sub features the same 3000 caliber that was certified in the contemporary 14270 Explorer - which had the superior chronometer text displayed for the whole decade long run of the watch.

Did they simply not certify the movement on the modern two-line sub? Or did they just want to keep with the two line aesthetic of the 5513?

Any links to information or other threads appreciated. Thanks!

They weren't certified. They didn't come with chronometer warranty or red chronometer tags, either.
