Crazy grey price on the new 124060

Just browsing generally on Watchfinder (UK's largest grey dealer) and they're selling the new 2020 no date sub 124060 for £17k!!!

Absolute bonkers

Not exactly an original topic.... but I’ll chime in.

If someone is willing to pay it, it’s a fair price. Nothing bonkers about offering it for sale at that price. Supply is limited and demand is apparent red hot.

Yeah I totally understand, and yes not an original topic.

Just shocked I guess...

That watch looks so dull for the price ..

You can get the brand new BLRO on the gray market and have some change, even in the UK.

Can't imagine a plonker shelling out that much for a plain Sub.

This will probably last for a half a year or so before the premium is returned to 10-20% or so, as it was the case with the 114060. Gazzilion of these will be made in the coming years and it's probably one of the easiest models to acquire among those more wanted SS models.

I'll back up this chime, a search would have revealed this same topic brought up a few days ago.
And guess what tomorrow another grey will post a ridiculous price for another 2020 model, and a few days later another grey will post another for a ridiculous price and it will continue. Are you really surprised when we already saw that an LV was listed for $27k...
Someone is willing to pay it, so they will sell it at that price, simple.
Seems these threads are folks just thinking out loud in public, lols.

Yep. Them grays sure have high prices.

And in other shocking news the sun came up in the east this morning.

It's an outrage! (Best Martin Sheen impersonation here).
