Rolex on, even when homebound?

Anybody else still wear their Rolex on those days where you don’t even leave home? Even if I’m just on the couch, I enjoy a good time piece.

I do. Why wouldn’t I? I need to tell the time somehow. Honestly I’m so use to it I feel a bit odd without it anyways.

I wear my watches for my own enjoyment mostly i hope. At least it certainly wouldn't cross my mind to not strap on a watch pretty much first thing in the morning even when i don't leave the house that much at all lately

I wear my DJ41 TT every day, no matter whatever.
I've been working from home for 8 months, and I enjoy it the same.

I do. I office from home so I don't wear it for most of the day while I am working but I'll put it on while I am doing other stuff around the house. I bought it to enjoy it, plus I want to give it a little bit of use every day to keep it wound.

Any Rolex is just a watch and when you bought any Rolex watch its meant to be worn anywhere.

For me there's no occasion needed for wearing a watch. I just do.

Unless you bought your watch only to impress others, I think this is quite self-explanatory.

I always wear a watch (except perhaps when showering or bathing). I like being able to see the time.

I wear a watch nearly 24/7. I work from home. But even when not, I need to know the time. I also get a sense of enjoyment from wearing my watch, so why wouldn't I. Never really considered only wearing it when going out.

Once I put it on for that day it stays on while I am in or out of the house. Only place that changes is the gym

Putting a watch on in the morning is part of getting dressed for the day, even if it's to lounge around the house.

I get joy from putting my phone on a shelf all day and checking it every few hours for emails or calls. The only way I know what time it is, is to glance down at my pal SD43

My watch goes on every day, only when doing something where the watch may inflict damage is it removed. For example, I never wash and polish the car with my watch on in case the paintwork gets scratched.

Mines on my wrist 24/7 just like any watch before it until I retired them. The idea of just wearing for occasions has never occurred to me. I only own one Rolex though. When I buy a PM piece it will be rotated with my 16613 but probably worn more on special occasions. Only watch I would not wear 24/7 is a birth year watch or something vintage due to the access to replacement parts if something is broken.
