Tudor discount question

Is 20% off list considered a reasonable discount from an AD on a Pelagos.

Thanks

I have found that AD’s are willing to give 20-25% off of most Tudor models outside of the BB58 & GMT.

20% is definitely a reasonable discount from an AD. Love my blue Pelagos - go for it!

I'd ask for 30, settle for 25. Remeber you dont get what you don't ask for. Pelagos hardly sells so you should be able to.

Was only offered 10% when I was looking at Tudors earlier this year. I don’t think they are giving the higher discounts they used to now.

do you think discount would be appropriate on a bb 41?

Yeah don’t think they are discounting as much as before. Has anyone gotten once recently?

Some ADs just don't offer discounts, or don't offer meaningful ones. But for literally any watch that isn't a hard-to-find top seller, you can get meaningful discounts if you look around. Pelagos (pelagoses? pelagi?) are not hot sellers -- someone will offer a solid discount if you look for it.

I personally just go to resellers or the grey market for stuff like this. The "AD experience" means nothing to me as long as I get a warranty.

I've looked at numerous grey's, etc. and price wise the best I have seen is maybe 25% to 30% off. At those numbers I figure why not go AD. For $100 or $200 more over grey I'd rather go AD.

From looking at grey dealer, 10% is more likely for Tudor standard BB right now. BB 58 / GMT no discount as there is a waitlist. I think the best buy right now for Tudor is Chrono SG it's totally out of fashion...i picked up a gently used one under 1 year old for 35% of MRSP with no sales tax last weekend.

https://www.tudorwatch.com/en/watche...o/m79363n-0001

i rather own this around 4.5k USD than BB 58 around 4.0k with tax AND few months wait. For Tudor i am looking for value not hype.

My local AD would only offer 10% off, so I bought my blue Pelagos yesterday from a trusted grey here on TRF and did as good as anyone has posted so far on this thread. If my AD would have been in the ballpark, I would have probably leaned their way but they were not willing to do any better so I walked. Go grey!

20% from my dealer, except for BB58. I might be able to get another 5% if I really wanted it.

That's good..with the recent hype in everything Rolex and BB 58 blue release Tudor BB across the line has caught a strong bid. It will settle down, Tudor needs to be bought at a discount no exceptions.

I haven’t shopped for a Tudor but kind of surprised to hear of routine discounts.

Here in Australia my local AD said discounts on Tudor were not happening but they would throw in a Mont Blanc pen instead.

I got no discount on both my BB58's but was offered interest free credit which is helpful.

Tudor discounts are getting rare...zero for BB58/GMT but 10% for regular BB divers. I think the best value is Tudor Chrono SG, you can get 20% off from MSRP without sales tax.

I got 33% off a BB 41 Heritage in Feb. It was their leap year sale. Prior to that was never offered a discount. Great watch, though.
