I'm saying scam. The picture of the watch has lug holes in it. And if the watch is a little over a year old it wouldn't have those and be in that condition. I'm assuming one set of pics is from a non-date sub and the other is from a sub date.

Good catch. This one needs to go.

Nice catch. Does anyone buy this crud? Does the fraudulent seller ship a fake watch or anything at all?

The watch is not a fake but a copy of a legitimate seller's photo and/or a stock photo of a real watch.

Once they have your money....

I understand the photo is a fake. Its awsome you guys are catching these duped/hijacked photos and calling them out.

I guess by the logo you have there, they take your money and don't ship. Nice... Are most of these bad guys from overseas, or are they USA?

Hi Steve,

First, sorry forgot to say Welcome to the Forum!!!

Sorry, yes the logo means....they wave bye to you.

Scammers can be anywhere, even lurking on this forum. I was had by one on TRF but this was totally my fault!

Thank you for the welcome! See my above comments, I love this place.

I see there are some regular sellers here that have earned a great reputation. I guess this is a great way to go if you don't wish to buy from an AD.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Keep up the good work, you're helping and educating anyone who sees your comments.

Hi Steve, can finally drag myself away from work for a 5 min break to say welcome :-)

definitely stick around, I too love this place, only been here a short time and feel like I could have a drink with the guys here any time! for Terry that would be a nice hot beverage, cappuccino preferably Stan would be a hot toddy the rest of the guys would be a brewski or two

the only issue I have with TRF, its damn too addictive, every opportunity I get I'm logging in, even considered disposing of the hp 6965 phone and getting an iPhone for fast browsing lol

Enjoy,

Chat soon,

Dave.

Ahoy, matey! There be work to do here. Get back to the; "WATCH OUT" Section and start spotting those Friday Specials. I haven't got all day while you play around welcoming a newcomer. We've got to catch up from my couple of day absence here.

Welcome newcomer!

Afraid so, this is the only opportunity I have to do server maintenance remotely without bugging normal daily operation 4:30am and still going, thankfully I can set and forget each part for 20 mins
