Rolex 16610V Green bezel Sub or black bezel?
Which SS 16610v do you guys prefer? black or green bezel? is it me or does the prestige of the 50th anniversary sub not there anymore?

I like black, but buy a green bezel on this site, and you can have the best of both worlds!

All I can say is I love my LV and I never thought it had any element of prestige to it.

I prefer the LV Sub, too many 16610's out there for me to want one.

The LV would come to an end next april when the updated sub is release at basel. so keet it green! there will not be a ceramic green bezel.

Black bezel only is my preference!
But the green can be swapped out is my understanding. Best of both worlds!

Black bezel, the green bezel doesn't do anything for me.

Is this a problem? I've seen a ton of aftermarket green bezel's on ebay. Do people actually use the 16610V...change the bezel to green and then poof!.....sell it as the LV?

It's my understanding that green is one of the more successful ceramic experiments.. I expect to see a LV SS Sub in ceramic...........

I have both but like the green the best which is why I bought the LV instead of the Sub Date. Awesome watch.

the LV rocks
i never thought it carried any sort of prestige over the black the maxi won me over & the green gave it a splash of uniqueness over the standard black sub...either way you cant lose both are sweet pieces

I think the LV's MRSP is slightly higher than the black Sub, but I wouldn't take this as an indication of added prestige. It's just a slightly different model introduced to enhance a line that includes several variations - TT blue and black, serti dial, full 18k yellow gold, etc etc.
