Looking to buy his and hers date-just for Christmas, I am very specific about the one I want. Who's your favorite re-seller? Should I expect to negotiate some on used? What about new? Supply seems limited right now, is it?

Welcome. Local AD would be a start but I would cross reference with our Trusted Sellers here. Most have a web site and all of them will talk with you and give you their thoughts. Good luck.

Welcome to TRF.
If you’re able to find the configurations on rolex.com, then you can begin your search. If you’d post those, it’s possible someone has seen it somewhere outside of Idaho. Datejusts themselves aren’t that rare, but you may need to split your purchase between different ADs due to your timeframe.
