rolex milgaus

Shouldn’t it say rolex milgaus on the dial?

Looks ok but the pix are not flash.

Looks ok.
Yep, not genuine, there's an extra S in "milgaus"

Milgauss is the correct spelling as it's names after a unit of magnetism which is named after a man, Carl Friedrich Gauss. Pretty cool watch. I love my modern version!!! I'm not certain about the configuration of the one pictured as I'm used to the bezel being numbered 1 to 6 on the older ones. Also the dial is unusual but that could be due to the poor photos. I'd do some research to ID the model to known good examples. Who's the seller? Have you confidence in them? I'd not buy it without a lot more information!!

Have you looked at the picture - it clearly shows Milgauss with correct spelling so what are you talking about?

Gentlemen, can you not see the pictures? Even though they are poor ( so often a sign in itself), you can open / expand them and see all that you need.

The watch shown above is NOT correct.

Dial, bezel, hands, case, numbering...

So, freiwillifer, what is the story behind it? Is someone offering it for sale? Who? Asking how much? Where?

If anyone wants to see a real 6541, this passed my way some months ago :

Beautiful shot's of your vintage!! Hadn't seen the hands bad as well on the watch in question nor noticed the larger images. Too many problems with this one for certain!!

Haywood, does your movement have an "M" stamped on it? I ask because an old watchmaker I know has an M stamped movement specific to the Milgauss and I would say less than half of the ones I have seen have the proper movement. Wondering if yours is correct and original. Gorgeous watch BTW
