GMT 1675 Gilt Dial

Hi everyone,

Was offered this morning a Rolex GMT 1675 gilt dial, so went back here to ask for the experts help :)
Do you see something suspicious/non-original here?
What do you think on the condition of the watch?
Asking price is $20K.

Thank you very much for your help here!

The insert is a much later service one...
Hard to judge the dial from here :)

Very difficult to analyse a gilt dial from photos only - a horrible dial can be made to look excellent if photographed at a specific angle. There appears to be some lacquer lift around the 6 and 9 o'clock plots but that could be the least of your worries; it's impossible to tell the condition of the dial surface from the photos provided.
