Vibrating Sound? New to rolex, is it normal?

I bought my first brand new Rolex about 2 months ago, a 126200 DJ 36MM.

For the first time since purchasing I did not wear it over the weekend and it stopped ticking. I figured no big deal. However when I picked it up and spun it in a circle a few times fast in my hand to get it going again I noticed I can feel the rotor spinning and it almost feels like a vibration? When it's on my wrist and I try the same thing I can not feel this at all, so only when holding the lugs/sides of the case. But now I keep taking it off and doing this, I know obviously something spinning is going to potentially be felt when going fast, but I am not sure.

I am new to automatic watches and Rolex and am wondering if this is normal or if i should bring the watch in to get checked out. Thanks!

EDIT: In the title i said vibrating sound but it is actually more so a feel, I do not hear anything unless i hold it up to my ear, which i suspect is normal.

that's just the rotor spinning. Not sure about DJ, but new movement in the GMT and Subs all do this

Ahh okay, Now that I am googling it it looks like the 3235 is a ball bearing rotor? A bit relieved if that's the case and nothing is wrong! Thanks. Googling and reading about non ball bearing movement Rolex's was making me nervous!

If it has stopped unscrew the crown and wind it clockwise 30-40 full 360deg turns to properly charge the mainspring and remember to screw the crown back down Shaking it is not the way to do it.

Yes the new 32 series has a ball bearing rotor which can feel a bit more nosier that the older sleeve type rotors, but nothing to worry about. Now on some movements like the Valjoux 7750 you can feel that rotor wobble on the wrist but that just part of that movements quirks.

I own the new Sub and Datejust. I can't hear the vibrations unless like you say, I hold them close to my ear

As for feeling the vibrations, I have never noticed that
